Responsibilities
  • Manage growth and optimization of digital products aimed at driving awareness, engagement, adoption and product maturity based on product goals
  • Develop and Manage digital asset budget- Manage to budget with internal partners and contract services or agencies
  • Influence, inform, and engage cross functional teams
  • Provide guidance and strategy across digital products, programs and projects
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop/maintain a backlog for digital initiatives which align with business goals and digital road map(a)
  • Work with Supervisor to manage to digital asset budget
  • Effectively and actively communicate successes, challenges, timelines and project needs
  • Manage digital calendar/priorities for digital products and initiatives.
  • Manage daily activities with external agencies and IT partners.
  • Ensure all digital content has approvals from required stakeholders.
  • Provide direction of digital strategy goals, customer experience, digital quality, and product analytics.
  • Lead product management of digital asset or service representing the digital team in daily IT Agile meetings and/or similar activities from IT vendors
  • Work with business partners throughout the organization to understand their goals and be able to translate that into work
  • Prioritize, assign and balance work within Agile TFS boards with Scrum, SA and Tech leads acting as Product Owner of digital asset
  • Lead through ambiguity. Employ Lean Management and Design Thinking principles to guide teams through challenges and solutions.
  • Help develop product roadmaps and long-term vision for where digital is going. Define and deliver amazing customer experiences.
  • Stay on top of emerging digital trends and capabilities.
  • Own the customer experience for digital product introducing new capabilities to improve those everyday customer moments
  • Utilize data and technology to elevate the customer experience
  • Ensures digital product meets all regulatory and compliance
  • Evaluate, validate, and communicate the business proposition associated with digital initiatives and digital products.
  • Initiate and lead new IoT or digital innovation projects
  • Perform any other job duties as requested
Desired Qualifications
  • Digital product owner experience is preferred
  • HMO or Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Experience in Agile scrum ceremonies-story writing, sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives is preferred

Organizations promote healthy living at Black Wellness Expo. ERIC TAUNTON Mar 7, 2026 Families walked from table to table Saturday, educating themselves on how to take care of their minds, bodies, and spirits. Rosalind Huggins of Toledo talked to representatives from Mercy Health, the Area Office on Aging of Northwestern Ohio, and CareSource during the third annual Toledo Chapter of the Links' Black Wellness Expo held at Ella P. Stewart Academy. "They don't know about the resources," Ms. Huggins said of some members of the Black community. "This way, they get the resources, they know what's going on so they can take better care of themselves." The expo is meant to address health and economic inequities in the Black community by educating people on how to be holistically healthy, which means taking care of the mind, body, and spirit, said Anne-Marie Brown, program coordinator for the Links' Toledo chapter. The Links, Incorporated is an international nonprofit dedicated to enriching and ensuring the cultural and economic survival of people of African ancestry, according to its website. Representatives of various local organizations talked to residents in the school's gym about their respective programs and shared information on Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, sickle cell disease, breast cancer prevention, suicide prevention, and aging. The expo also featured free cholesterol health screenings and voter registration assistance. "We're promoting healthy living, awareness, and improving the health of the community," Ms. Brown said. Ms. Huggins visited a dozen tables during the expo. As a diabetic, it's important to stay on top of her health, she said, but having medical knowledge to help those around her is just as important. Ms. Huggins used pregnancy as an example. "A lot of people don't know depression comes after pregnancy," she said. Darla Barnett, health connections director at the YWCA of Northwest Ohio, handed out forms for free mammograms and talked to residents about breast cancer prevention. "This is like a pedestal for the community," Ms. Barnett said at the table, which was covered with free pens, refrigerator clips, and candy. "The only way we can provide [help] is through each other, with resources we have for each other," she said. "This is just one of the resources we can provide for the community. I think it's important to make sure, overall, we're healthy." Susan Zirkel, community health program coordinator for Mercy Health, handed out flyers for programs that deal with diabetes, chronic diseases, and suicide. Mercy's Starting Fresh program, for example, is a free five-week program that shares how to manage diabetes and general knowledge about the disease. "It's [about] mind, body, and spirit - the whole thing," Ms. Zirkel said. "If you're not taking care of your physical health, that's going to lead to things that make you feel down, that you're not living up to your potential. If you're not taking care of your spiritual health or your emotional health, that's going to affect your physical health." Diana Johnson of Toledo received information about sickle cell disease and pregnancy. Some of the resources weren't just for her but were also for the people she cares about, Ms. Johnson said. "I'm not pregnant, but I know someone that's pregnant," Ms. Johnson said. "[Representatives] gave me the information. I asked for the information and got it for her and I'm going to make sure I get it for her." CareSource awarded $2.3M tax credit for proposed Dayton job expansion

CareSource awarded $2.3M tax credit for proposed Dayton job expansion. CareSource is proposing to create 167 full-time jobs in Dayton with the help of a state tax credit. Ohio is competing with Georgia, Mississippi and Nevada for the project. The Dayton-based insurance company currently employs more than 5,000 people across the U.S. with insurance plans covering more than 2 million citizens. CareSource's expansion project would generate more than $12.5 million dollars in annual payroll. It involves expanding existing headquarters to support back-office needs and accommodate growth from new markets, according to state documents. The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a 1.711%, 10-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project. These credits are performance-based, making their actual value reflective of the jobs created and new payroll tax generated. An Ohio official told WYSO it is estimated the value of the proposed tax credit project is close to $2.3 million. CareSource's proposed project is among 17 projects have been approved across the state of Ohio to create jobs and generate over $1.1 billion in investments. These projects are also expected to result in more than $148 million in new payroll. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, Lieutenant Governor Jim Tressel and Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik said these projects are expected to create 2,347 new jobs and retain 8,592 positions statewide.
