Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of managers and individual contributors
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
  • Work cross functionally with many internal and external stakeholders; key product executive partnering with Roofstock's onChain team and Roofstock One division
  • Aid in demoing software to potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends and pain points and use to inform product decisions and roadmap
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for products and use data to make informed decisions about product improvements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
