As a Manager on the Skechers Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for analyzing metrics and trends to understand results and support business decisions. In collaboration with operational leaders and partners, you will prepare and review annual financial plans, on-going financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans for our wholesale, retail and ecommerce businesses. You will also provide key input on business models and initiatives, designed to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value. You will support communications with external stakeholders, shareholders and third-party analysts. You will also have exposure and visibility to the C-Level Executive team, working closely with our Chief Financial Officer. Lastly, you will oversee a team of analysts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in roles of progressive responsibility
- Financial planning and analysis or in an adjacent field of finance, investment banking, consulting, business intelligence or accounting
- Oracle and / or Hyperion Planning experience preferred
$130-$165K ANNUALLY
