  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
  • 8+ years RTSM, eClinical, clinical supply, and/or pharmaceutical services-related experience
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in strategic account management
  • Proven track record of success in Business-to-Business sales
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling clinical trial software to named strategic accounts
  • Define and execute on strategy for growing revenue with assigned strategic accounts
  • Understand the eClinical marketplace and randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) competitive landscape
  • Educate customers on the value of Endpoint Clinical and our solutions
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients about the endpoint platform products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and log activities in our Salesforce customer relationship management system
  • Communicate activities and coordinate sales pipeline with sales leadership
  • Facilitate the development of quotes and proposals with the support of the sales operations and solutions team
  • Work closely with operational delivery teams to ensure our strategic accounts are well taken care of to maintain and grow business
  • Participate in various trade shows and conferences
  • Travel will be required to meet with customers, as well as attend company meetings and tradeshows
