- Reporting to the VP Operations, work closely with Pangea’s operations and product teams to drive projects from concept through delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between product and operations ahead of new product launches.
- Act as the central point of contact for Pangea’s new initiative task force, ensuring that the executive team has the necessary information to assess risk related to new products and growth opportunities.
- Assess progress to OKRs and support key Operations initiatives
- Lead twice-annual company-wide holiday preparedness efforts to ensure that Pangea’s quality scales with volume and be on point through holiday
- Manage analyst reconciling payment files and confirming business volumes match monthly invoices for AP
- Support projects related to reducing cost and increase efficiency of payment operations
- Support prioritization of new bugs from an Operations perspective
- Coordinate with Treasury team for visibility to global FX strategy
