Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • 3+ years recruiting within Marketing & G&A (strongly preferred)
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, including executive search
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders and the Executive Leadership Team to understand hiring priorities and workforce strategy.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies for high-impact roles.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategy, attrition insights, and bench strength development.
  • Own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end—from intake and strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding transition.
  • Recruit primarily across Marketing & G&A functions, with the flexibility to support other business areas as needed.
  • Lead executive-level searches and deliver a premium candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Develop creative and forward-thinking sourcing strategies (social media, referrals, talent communities, competitive mapping, passive outreach).
  • Build proactive pipelines of both active and passive talent.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscapes—you are the subject matter expert.
  • Leverage metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards to measure recruiting effectiveness.
  • Use data to continuously optimize hiring strategies and capacity planning.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with company goals and values.
  • Ensure smooth transition from pre-employment to post-employment processes.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment regulations, compensation guidelines, and internal systems.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of the hiring process.
  • Build inclusive hiring strategies that reflect our commitment to diverse perspectives.
