Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5-6+ years related experience.
  • Knowledge of the current technology systems used by the division including Salesforce (CRMA), Tableau & MicroStrategy.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MFS investment products.
  • Exceptional computer skills, focusing on spreadsheet usage and analysis, as well as database management and maintenance skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversees the daily sales reporting and financial analysis functions for global MFS.
  • Working within SCRUM team, develop new and enhance existing dashboards and reports using standardized business intelligence and CRM tools.
  • Works closely with Strategists, Management and Technology team to assist in evaluating distribution strategies and tactics.
  • Initiates, oversees, and leads ad hoc in-depth sales and marketing analysis projects. Draws upon knowledge of MFS distribution structure and strategies, the competitive landscape, and technology to develop pertinent and timely analyses towards but not limited to business planning.
  • Serves as a liaison with the GIT teams to stay current with accessed technology system enhancements, workflow changes, and data structure changes. Uses this understanding of the technology system to identify data incongruities and their possible causes as well as to execute sales reporting projects in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
  • Proactively studies and analyzes industry trends using internal and external data and presents findings to Management.
  • Represents GDS division and Distribution Sales Reporting project teams within Global Distribution.
  • Serves as the key resource for Management and other department members for global sales activity and sales trend requests and issues.
  • Works closely with team members to help develop their knowledge and skillset on sales tools.
  • Performs additional duties as required.
