Requirements
  • Have 8+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships with Big Four firms and management consulting firms, with a track record of driving $25M+ in annual partner-sourced revenue.
  • Possess existing Vice President-level or higher relationships within major consulting organizations and understand their complex organizational structures.
  • Hold boardroom-level meetings with senior partners and speak credibly about transformation strategy, not just product features.
  • Have partner economics expertise across sell-to, sell-through, and white-label or grey-label models, with experience structuring mutually valuable deals.
  • Design scalable partner enablement motions rather than relying on one-to-one training for large partner organizations.
  • Use artificial intelligence daily in professional work.
  • Have strong adaptability, an entrepreneurial approach, strong opinions, and a bias for action.
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategic roadmap, investment decisions, and revenue accountability for the consulting alliances portfolio, with a target of driving more than $25 million in annual partner-sourced revenue.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships within Big Four and management consulting leadership to position Within as foundational technology for transformation and advisory practices.
  • Develop scalable enablement programs that help consulting firms’ workforces understand Within’s capabilities without requiring one-to-one training.
  • Design and operationalize partner economics across sell-to, sell-through, and white-label or grey-label models.
  • Partner with consulting firms to co-develop industry-specific solutions and reference engagements focused on process intelligence, speed to insight, and continuous improvement.
  • Position Within’s compression of traditional consulting discovery timelines as a feature that makes consulting engagements more profitable.
  • Lead significant enterprise deal pursuits through partnerships, ensuring positioning and support throughout complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Establish success criteria for joint accounts and create feedback loops that drive continuous improvement across the partner portfolio.
Desired Qualifications
  • Direct experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technology partnerships, including the ability to explain technical differentiation to partners and enterprise buyers in plain language.
  • A track record of building partnership programs from early stages through scale, including zero-to-one program development.
  • Experience establishing enablement and certification programs for large partner organizations with the goal of partner self-sufficiency.
  • Understanding of the private equity channel opportunity, including how a single private equity relationship can yield 5–20 portfolio company deployments.
  • Ability to balance visionary partnership strategy with pragmatic day-to-day operational execution.

Klarity hires Cannon to build broker relationships. Joe Cannon has joined preventative health-focused data analytics specialist Klarity as a business development manager. He joined from YuLife, where he spent four-and-a-half years as a key account manager. Cannon has already started this newly created position where he is working to expand Klarity's broker relationships to drive new and existing revenue streams within the employee benefits intermediated market. Klarity uses AI predictive analytics to help employees assess their risk of developing 10 specific cancers via an online questionnaire. If the result flags them as being high risk within the next five years, they will be given a test. Cannon brings with him experience earned at MetLife and Legal & General, where he was a business development consultant and an account manager, respectively. Cannon said Klarity's product team has laid a "fantastic foundation" to bring a powerful employee benefit to the market. "We want to ensure that all employees have access to the right screening at the right time, regardless of age or demographic." The company helps insurers, brokers and employers to improve risk, detect chronic diseases early and provide personalised health insights for their customers.
