Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certification in project management (e.g., ACP, PMP, PRINCE2) and change management (e.g., Prosci) preferred
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in implementing Oracle Fusion Learning Management preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and change management principles
  • Proficiency with Project management software (JIRA, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a track record of driving results in complex, dynamic environments
  • Experience in Learning Management platform implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday…) highly desirable
  • Experience in the higher education sector or industries undergoing significant transformation (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Oracle Learning implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints
  • In partnership with Oracle, develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Define ad hoc project team composition on a project need basis and provide strong leadership and direction to project team members throughout the project, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability among team members
  • Responsible for planning, meeting organisation and coordination, agenda setting, minutes and deliverables, actions follow up, following up the project in JIRA
  • Understand and steer the Oracle TCM methodology which runs a semi-agile process in sequence with a design phase, 2 rounds of playback testing, and a UAT phase until go live (followed by a hyper care period)
  • Supervise the integration of a 3rd party LMS for content (Skillsoft)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive committee members and department heads
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, and solicit feedback to drive consensus and support for transformation initiatives
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures
  • Identify potential impacts of change on stakeholders and develop mitigation plans to address concerns and ensure successful transition
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals and teams affected by change, offering training, coaching, and resources as needed
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of transformation objectives
  • Develop contingency plans and escalation procedures to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruption to project timelines and outcomes
  • Regularly monitor and report on project risks and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize project execution and mitigate potential roadblocks
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing best practices and innovative solutions
  • Encourage feedback from project team members and stakeholders to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and business requirements
  • Establish and enforce BTO project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes to uphold quality and consistency across all transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the BTO standards with the BTO team
  • Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and external vendors, to optimize project outcomes while maintaining cost-efficiency
  • Identify skill gaps within project teams and implement strategies to address resource constraints through recruitment, training, or outsourcing, in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Monitor resource utilization and workload distribution to prevent burnout and ensure equitable participation and contribution from team members
Desired Qualifications
