  • At least ten (10) years of experience in various Supply Chain roles, with at least three (3) years experience sourcing Raw Materials.
  • Fast-paced hi-tech, consumer goods or similar industry experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and judgment skills. Advanced excel skills a must have.
  • Master’s degree or higher, supply chain or engineering preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement.
  • Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills to manage and track transactional details.
  • Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to support scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and optimize Supply Planning and Inventory Management to align with Manufacturing growth targets.
  • Lead Sourcing and Procurement activities, ensuring supplier relationships are robust and cost-effective.
  • Lead should cost model development and deliver commodity level strategies.
  • Lead timely and efficient Logistics operations, with a focus on reducing lead times and costs.
  • Establish key performance metrics ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure Supply Chain aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Mitigate Supply Chain risks by developing contingency plans and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Value Chain to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • All other duties necessary to execute a best-in-class Supply Chain.
