We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team and other departments.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to gather insights and help inform marketing strategies.
• Manage and update company websites, social media accounts, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Coordinate and participate in the organization of marketing events, tradeshows, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (internships included).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms preferred: social media, email marketing, analytics tools, marketing automation (Marketo preferred), customer relationship management (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $70,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
