Requirements
  • At least 10 years of overall business experience, including at least 5 years leading complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies, governance structures, and risk frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand software capabilities quickly and translate them into project plans, timelines, and recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Leadership, Development, and Data Operations to align scope, priorities, and implementation strategy.
  • High accountability, ownership, and a track record of driving teams to meet commitments.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full implementation plan for assigned projects, incorporating configuration, technical, and business requirements with Implementation Managers.
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects across diverse stakeholders, program types, and workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain project governance structures, including meeting cadences, decision frameworks, and communication pathways.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and action item trackers.
  • Drive project timelines, accountability, coordination, and follow-through for clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver internal and external status reports, executive summaries, and progress updates.
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, address risks, and communicate next steps.
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders, including program administrators, technical contacts, and executive sponsors.
  • Identify risks and blockers early and proactively escalate or resolve them.
  • Guide customers toward best practices based on Neighborly Software capabilities and lessons learned from past implementations.
  • Assess dependencies across multiple workstreams and adjust plans with Implementation Managers and technical teams.
  • Partner with Implementation Managers and Configuration Specialists to align requirements, expectations, and customer needs.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Client Support, and Strategic Accounts teams when project issues or escalations arise.
  • Partner with Sales during RFP responses and late-stage opportunities to align scope, implementation approach, and project timelines.
  • Participate in internal process improvements related to project management, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
  • Lead customer workshops, requirement alignment sessions, and governance meetings.
  • Travel occasionally to client sites for kickoff meetings, discovery, or critical project milestones.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with state or local government agencies.
  • Familiarity with housing, community development, or grant-funded programs, including HUD, HCD, and DR programs.
  • Experience with workflow-based or case management SaaS platforms.
  • Experience using project management and customer success tools such as Vitally, PlanHat, ClickUp, RocketLane, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
