Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize AI algorithms and models for processing structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and GenAI technologies, applying new techniques and best practices to ongoing projects.
Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
Ensure the quality and reliability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
Document AI models, algorithms, and systems for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on GenAI solutions.
Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Demonstrated ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in developing new algorithms and approaches.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
