Responsibilities
  • Your job is to find the biggest fire and help put it out.
  • Sometimes that means working alongside engineers in our production facility, sometimes it's building systems that our finance team can use to track payments, and sometimes it's flying to the Middle East to meet with prospective customers.
  • As a jack-of-all-trades, this role is not dedicated to any one team or problem, and gets to touch all parts of the business.
  • Operations Managers are like the Lewis and Clark of Astranis — when there is new and uncharted territory, our Operations Managers are the ones tasked with venturing out into the unknown and figuring things out for the first time.
  • You will initiate, design, and lead projects that are the first of their kind at Astranis.
  • You will develop systems and processes in real-time, ensuring that our rapid growth is matched by robust and scalable frameworks.
  • This is a very collaborative role, and you will work closely with various teams and leadership to identify gaps and strategically address them.
  • Your ability to coordinate and innovate will foster improvements that resonate throughout the company.
