Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering T2's culture.
  • Support operational aspects of employee transfers, relocations, cross-entity hires and mobility requests.
  • Assisting with immigration records and processes, ensuring we are compliant with Home Office requirements.
  • Assisting the payroll team to ensure all changes/inputs relating to payroll from an HR perspective are complete and captured in time for payroll cut off.
  • Support the maintenance of the employee portal.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities by creating and closing job requisitions.
  • Implement operational changes to enhance employee experience and efficiency.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including changes, terminations, and contractor coordination.
  • Maintain electronic employee files.
  • Schedule and conduct company inductions.
  • Coordinate probationary review processes and track completion.
  • Process day-to-day benefits administration.
  • Administer various leave types (e.g., Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental, Adoption, Sickness).
  • Record and process invoices for Finance.
  • Generate reports to fulfil business needs.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by working with our L&D team and updating employee L&D records.
  • Prepare files for audit purposes.
  • Respond to reference requests.
  • Monitoring of the HR shared mailbox, answering general queries and signposting where necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR teams in the UK, US, Canada and Asia to align global HR initiatives, benefits, and policies.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general administrative support.
