Job Description
From showing apartments to completing lease agreements, the Leasing Professional will perform all sales duties related to welcoming new residents into the community. This full-time position’s hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
Responsibilities in this role include the following:
- Conduct tours of the community and available units with prospective residents
- Make appointments with prospective residents, including follow-ups after initial tours
- Prepare lease documents and guide residents to complete all required paperwork at move-in
- Provide stellar customer service to both new and current residents
Qualifications
Qualified candidates possess the following skills and background:
- Excellent sales and customer service experience in a retail or leasing environment
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask throughout the day
- Computer skills
- Confident, poised, patient demeanor
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
