Lean Manager

Responsibilities:

Project planning and management

Planning, management and documentation of site-specific and cross-plant projects

Implementation of lean assessments including evaluation and follow-up

Training and Value Stream Mapping

Design, planning and implementation of training courses on lean methods

Conducting value stream mapping and design

Standards development and compliance

Development of standards and methodologies in collaboration with a cross-plant team

Assistance in complying with these standards

Strategic support

Support of operation manager and all department heads in the strategic orientation and further development of the production system

Collaboration and stakeholder support

Close collaboration with colleagues at other locations

Stakeholder support

Qualifications:

Education: Degree in engineering

Experience: (Several years) of relevant professional experience in operational improvement projects in an industrial environment

Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English

Expertise: Sound knowledge of Lean Management and Project Management, at least Lean Black Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt

Flexibility and communication skills:

Strong communication skills
