- Experience troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting enterprise-class TCP/IP networks and associated routing and switching devices.

- Communicates directly or through web portal with AT&T TMAC to report site outages and provide escalation to unresolved issues.
- Updates call management and network access databases relating to network site upgrades and status.
