  • Drive customer and account performance monitoring
  • Serve as primary contact for internal teams
  • Train customers on iRhythm service tools
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Evaluate processes and suggest improvements
  • Manage, onboard, and support assigned accounts
  • Attend key customer meetings and sales reviews
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts
  • Lead or participate in strategic initiatives
  • Conduct in-person account management initiatives
  • Monitor and communicate key performance trends
