As an Events Assistant at Sharpcontra, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various corporate and promotional events. You’ll work alongside our Events Team to manage logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure every detail is covered to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and transportation.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and coordinate with on-site staff.
- Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are properly handled.
- Create event materials, including signage, schedules, and promotional content.
- Handle event registration and guest management, providing exceptional service to attendees.
- Collect feedback post-event and assist in reporting to improve future events.
