Job Description
This role will be based in Mountain View, San Francisco, New York, or Bellevue.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn’s vision is to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. The pandemic has impacted every professional around the world in one way or another, which in turn has vastly accelerated engagement on our platform to a degree we haven’t seen before. We actively turn this engagement into opportunity, as it supercharges our hiring, marketing, selling, and learning marketplaces globally and reduces barriers to economic success. As a result, we are entering yet another explosive period of growth.
This growth means we can further the meaningful impact we have on the lives of our 770M+ members. This includes helping someone find jobs/talent, build/nurture their network, give/get help, sell/buy, learn/teach, and so much more. We are helping people to start a business, grow their business, save their business, build their brand, be a mentor/advisor, or simply share information/knowledge to give back to the broader community.
In order for us to capitalize on this period of growth and use it to create opportunity for others, we are looking for an AI Product Manager to work on the core ranking of the Feed. This includes how updates in the Feed are optimized for engaging conversations as well as how the Feed helps support other parts of the LinkedIn ecosystem.
The Feed AI team selects posts from your network and ranks them alongside ads and recommendations to create the Feed experience on LinkedIn’s home. The Feed is the place where you can have productive and professional conversations with people that you know about interests you care about.
