Manager – Partner Analytics & Infrastructure

Partner Analytics & Infrastructure supports the foundational elements of the partner engagement such as Globalization’s data pipelines and strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated manager to build the team and the relationships required to support partner metrics, data analytics, data insights and reporting, management of access & security protocols and management of partner communications. 

Reporting to the Director of Partner Engagement, you will leverage your deep leadership experience to empower the team to deliver operational excellence and impact as we scale. You will leverage your expertise in operational leadership and program management, your strategic partnership experience and your strong business acumen to forge strong partnerships with other Globalization leaders, Data Science & Engineering, Finance & Strategy and Globalization Engineering. 

In this role, you are charged with using data to synthesize complex issues into a clear, data-driven story to assess business opportunities, mitigate risk and establish standards and drive innovation as they relate to continuous improvement for Globalization. You will use your analytical capabilities to create metrics and performance models to drive and inform Globalization operational strategy. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and mentorship for your team. Hire and retain top talent for the organization

• Foster relationships and partner with stakeholders to support your team in delivering excellence and defining and driving the strategy for advanced Globalization metrics

• Create an optimized partner operational foundation against which the Globalization team can perform at scale

• Coordinate with colleagues from cross-functional teams to continually and selflessly optimize your business in the best interest of Netflix and our members around the world

• Represent Globalization at company and partner events to increase the data intelligence around our business

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience managing a team of data analysts and/or project managers

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, partner operations or data operations at a global scale

• Experience in driving decisions and change management through data, collaboration and leadership

• Experience negotiating business priorities at a global scale

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate risks and  dependencies and to distill complex concepts into simple, actionable recommendations at the executive level

• Skills such as SQL, ETL, and dashboarding (using Tableau or similar platforms) are advantageous. Experience with Python and familiarity with Jupyter notebooks are also beneficial, though not mandatory.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000-$400,000.
