  • Developing territory and account plans
  • Identifying prospective new customers
  • Establishing an organized and methodical approach for prospecting
  • Understanding the eClinical marketplace and RTSM competitive landscape
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships while prospecting for new opportunities
  • Educating customers on the value of Endpoint Clinical and solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and logging all activities in Salesforce CRM system
  • Communicating activities and coordinating sales pipeline with sales leadership
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to clients about Endpoint Clinical solutions
  • Facilitating the development of quotes and proposals with sales operations and solutions team
  • Participating in various trade shows and conferences
  • Traveling to meet with customers, attend company meetings, and tradeshows
