- Take full, hands-on ownership of the SaaS platform from initial ideation, scoping, and requirements gathering through development, testing, shipping, and post-launch iteration.
- Lead the strategy and integration of the platform with Shopify ecosystems and other core SaaS architectures.
- Manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and drive sprint planning using Jira.
- Apply UI/UX design principles and Service Design to ensure the platform is intuitive, accessible, and user-centric for healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate software architecture, discuss application programming interfaces, and guide development choices.
- Hands-on knowledge or past experience with PHP Laravel.
