- Requires a high school diploma and 0-2 years related industry experience.
- Performs routine cleaning and disinfection operations for the production support and process equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performs manufacturing cleaning and disinfection activities including but not limited to areas in Cell Culture, Purification, and Solution & Equipment Prep areas.
- Maintains records and clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements, GMPs, and SOPs. May assist with the execution of validation protocols.
- The individual will carry out cGMP manufacturing cleaning and disinfection operations utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Primary responsibilities include: Execution of daily, monthly, and quarterly cleaning and disinfection operations.
- Bleaching of materials prior to entry into cleanrooms.
- Record data into logbooks and log sheets.
- Preparation of cleaning and disinfection solutions.
- Perform work in a safe manner, notifying management of safety issues and risks.
- The Individual will manage equipment and support facility related projects by supporting changeover/return to service/ area clearance activities and assisting in the assembly and disassembly of process equipment.
- May be required to move to a different work shift (i.e. 2nd Shift or split shift).
- Preferred candidates will minimally have a biotech certificate.
