Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance for software engineering and product management roles

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from initial outreach to the interview process
  • Provide insights into the talent landscape, salary trends, and hiring practices
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion diversity recruitment strategies and advocate for inclusive hiring practices
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Design and implement tailored recruiting plans and improve hiring processes
