Requirements
  • More than 5 years experience in a team lead of management role.
  • Strong existing publisher network across the United States (Canada and Mexico markets a bonus)
  • AdTech background is a big plus - particularly an understanding of header bidding, TCF, SSP, DSP and/or Identity solutions
  • Remarkably driven, operationally strong and well organised. The ability to track and forecast pipeline opportunities across the team is key. This is a major, fast paced initiative for LiveRamp and you’ll be crucial to its success.
  • Independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship.
  • Strong track record of working with a range of stakeholders to deliver on your objectives.
  • Excellent time management, project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead the North American publisher business development team to drive the adoption of the Authenticated Traffic Solution and other publisher solutions across the US, Canadian and Mexican markets.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of experienced business development managers while pursuing pipeline opportunities.
  • Work closely with multiple LiveRamp stakeholders to ensure rapid onboarding of publishers to use the service.
  • Support the team to develop strong relationships with the largest publishers and be seen as their advisor for identity and data collaboration.
  • Oversee all aspects of the North America publisher pipeline growth and forecast timelines and potential blockers.
  • Pitch the value of people-based identity to publishers and handle objections, qualify if a publisher is a good fit, and get the publisher comfortable with adoption.
  • Track day-to-day workstream progress with publishers, project manage efforts, and ensure goals around contract signing and implementation are met.
  • Nurture long-term, strategic relationships with publishers post-adoption and become their go-to person on identity.
