  • Leadership: Led high stakes, end-to-end analytical projects in a consulting, high growth, or high performing environment that had concrete, measurable business impact
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or related experience where medium to large sets of data were used to drive successful business outcomes
  • Technical: Strong SQL fluency; experience with programming languages (Python or R) and data visualization tools
  • Analytics: Strong grasp of and experience with statistical methodology, predictive modeling, multivariate analysis, experimental design, and data mining; experience translating data into insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations

  • Foundations: Create and automate product reporting across the business to support decision making. Build dashboards to enable real-time visibility into partner and product performance and to support ongoing optimization
  • Implementation: Define and implement a rigorous and scalable A/B testing process that enables product teams to launch tests quickly and iterate based on data
  • Expertise: Be the go-to company expert on all things data, including extracting / collecting, cleaning, wrangling, analyzing, insights generation, storytelling, data strategy, and predictive modeling
  • User Success: Be an empathetic advocate for our partner schools, end users, and internal team members
