Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch and continue to support the digital product through enhancements and new features or functionality
  • Be an instrumental player in advancing the conversational AI initiatives to assist in creating an omnichannel customer experience
  • Develop and maintain the digital product roadmap & prioritize roadmap epics and features
  • Have a strategic focus on the product vision, business objectives, and market trends with a deep understanding of key customers, target markets, and existing product
  • Develop the business case for the product/platform in partnership with LOB
  • Be the platform expert and pinpoint the customer needs a product/feature will fill
  • Coordinate with Delivery and Channel Engagement teams to align releases and manage change
  • Represents platform in vendor roadmap prioritization discussions
  • Position the product/platform for optimal adoption and utilization to drive continuous value
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Communications or Information Technology Preferred
  • 4-7 years Scrum Agile Methodology Preferred
