Requirements
  • Initial experience in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally working with warm leads or closing.
  • Experience conducting needs analyses and structured sales conversations.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Interest in using artificial intelligence to make sales work smarter, more scalable, and more effective.
  • German language skills at C1/C2 level.
  • Openness to regularly attending the Hamburg office in a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
  • Handle qualified inbound leads with identifiable needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, analyze customer needs, and develop suitable solutions.
  • Advise prospective customers in a structured manner and guide them through the entire sales process.
  • Independently close deals from the initial conversation through contract completion.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and work in a structured manner with the customer relationship management system.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to create the best possible customer experience.

  • Experience with customers from the skilled trades or construction industry.

Photos and comments can be uploaded to projects and automatically appear in the office for billing. Being cloud-based, it requires no installation, and updates are free and automatic through Craftsman Cloud.
