Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is required.
- Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining a high level of performance is required.

- Basic repair and maintenance skills, including painting, changing light bulbs, and performing minor repairs, are required.

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards, and contact the supervisor when needs arise.
- Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.
- Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Handle reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stock levels of consumables and replace them when appropriate.
- Adhere to health and safety rules and company-related practices.
- Prepare assigned areas and rooms for events by arranging furniture, removing trash and clutter, vacuuming or mopping, and disinfecting and sanitizing.
- Complete minor room repairs, including touch-up painting, caulking, and light-bulb replacement.
- Respond to urgent room needs, such as spill cleanups, within five minutes of notification.
- Clean, mop, and sanitize bathrooms throughout the day.
- Execute room setups accurately based on event-organizer instructions or HUB information.
- Provide hospitality and customer service to event organizers.
- Clear safety and wet-floor signage within five minutes of resolving the situation.
- Maintain OSHA standards for equipment and cleaning tools.
