An eager Business Development Associate with strong communication skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn and pitch in any way you can. You’ll work closely with our Business Development team, gaining exposure to all aspects of relationship-building, market expansion, and partnership development. You’ll support in identifying new opportunities, growing our partner network, and contributing to initiatives that drive the success of Plume.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on potential partnerships and market trends within the blockchain, digital asset, and Web3 ecosystems to support business growth strategies.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective partners and clients through various channels, including outreach efforts, industry events, and networking.
Relationship Management: Assist the Business Development team in maintaining relationships with current partners, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
Proposal Support: Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and other business development materials that align with Plume’s strategic goals.
Data and Analytics: Track and report on business development metrics, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.

Crypto Native: Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities you're involved in.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within the tech, blockchain, or financial services industries.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
Proactive: Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools is a plus.
