- CPA or CMA required
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Must successfully pass background and credit check
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Provide accounting support and analysis specific to manufacturing operations, including cost accounting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
- Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures
