  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • Five (5) years of related experience is required.
  • Intermediate Cross-Discipline Development Knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Structured Design.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Plan out and execute prototype builds in engineering and manufacturing - from procurement and kitting to build support.
  • Support product transition into manufacturing.
  • Develop and Execute verification and reliability: requirements development, planning / tracing, test method development and execution, reporting results.
  • Manage product data: developing a Bill Of Materials strategy with manufacturing, part creation, engineering change notices and deviations.
  • Support product compliance by compiling the appropriate documentation and working with outside agencies.
  • Demonstrate effective communications (teleconference, email, and in-person) through interaction with customers (internal and external) regarding project technical subject matter.
  • Assists project management in the development of proposals to ensure accurate technical, staffing, budgetary, and schedule content.
