Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Management (SaaS experience required)
  • Experience managing deal cycles of 4-6 months with average contract values in excess of $150k
  • Experience opening, developing, and leading a new market in the US
  • Passionate about the overall mission at Pigment and its value to clients
  • Relevant experience in finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, BI, or Data Analytics solutions
  • Track record of creating revenue impact within 1,000 - 8,000 employee organizations
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships at the C-level
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a strategic mindset
  • Comfortable defining strategy and driving stakeholders through complex sales cycles
Responsibilities
  • Drive customer acquisition in the East Coast
  • Develop and execute sales lead growth strategies with outbound emphasis
  • Partner with sales leadership to implement effective sales strategy
  • Manage, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Corporate Account Executives
  • Mentor new AEs with training and hold them accountable for performance
  • Measure and manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
  • Close deals in important transactions and drive sales cycles for critical wins
  • Foster a positive team culture of collaboration and trust
  • Work closely with internal teams to support accounts and win deals
  • Set vision and execution of demand generation activities with Marketing
  • Implement effective processes, tools, and motivational activities to support sales
