Your commitment

The summer internship program is 10 - 12 weeks; from June - August. 

You will have the opportunity to meet with our highly skilled and passionate Earnies daily. Your ideas, creativity, and dedication to our mission will be front and center with everything that you do. We are not going to be asking you to deliver coffee and bagels, you will be an active participant in projects that are working toward achieving our mission. Plus, at the end of your internship at Earnest, you will get to showcase all of your successes company-wide through our Internship Showcase.

Impact of this role:

As a Product Intern, you will report to the Group Product Manager and will:

• Research, scope, and build new growth and/or engagement features to drive user acquisition and retention. 
• Use analytics to understand and influence customer behavior, and work with PMs to “productize” winning tests. 
• Recommend ways to automate and optimize customer communications and touchpoints.

Ideal background and expertise:

• You will work remotely for 12 weeks starting in May 2023 as a paid intern
• You are enrolled in an MBA program.
• Your foundation manifests in your academic track record and your work background in either management consulting or financial services.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization, ideally in-product and across devices.
• Understanding of software development and agile methodologies. 
• Experience managing digital projects involving multiple stakeholders and implementers.
