Roadsurfer offers campervan rentals, used van sales, and a long-term subscription service for outdoor travel. It also runs roadsurfer spots, a platform that connects campers with private landowners who list farms and vineyards as camping locations. Customers book ready-to-go camping packages from a fleet of modern campervans with perks like unlimited mileage, flexible cancellation, and a free second driver. The company differentiates itself with a multi-channel model and a large international network (nearly 10,000 vehicles across 90+ locations in 16 countries, including North America) through which it aims to make camper travel easy, convenient, and scalable.

  • Sunday closures and $149 service fees cause churn, evidenced by 9,902 negative Trustpilot reviews in 2024[2].
  • 10,000-vehicle target by 2025 risks 20–30% idle capacity if US demand in Phoenix and Salt Lake falters[2].
