What you’ll do:

• Strengthen the management of Department of the Air Force (DAF) strategic planning and aligned performance metrics.
• Support Air Force leaders in making strategic and senior leadership mission guidance actionable for Airmen and the broader Air Force community.
• Help to enable process, governance, and technology improvements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 3 years of experience in several of the following areas: organizational change/transformation management, business case analysis, process reengineering, performance management and improvements, risk management.
  
• Experience driving innovation and change management initiatives on Government or Commercial projects.
  
• Experience managing multiple and/or competing activities at once with the ability to effectively prioritize with little to no intervention.
  
• Experience providing recommendations for and implementing industry best practices for performance management.
  
• Experience briefing and/or advising executive-level stakeholders.
  
• Ability to develop materials with minimal oversight, including agency-level reports and documentation.
  
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or higher and an active Secret clearance or higher.
