  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of healthcare technology, data interoperability, or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as the 21st Century CURES Act or Medicaid revenue cycle (a plus but not required).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the trading partner experience and drive operational excellence and aligned performance outcomes.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with partners, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, including Revenue Cycle Operations, Operations Command Center, Product, Engineering, and Technical Customer Care, to ensure alignment on best practices and evidence based, best fit integrations; set a standard for how HHAeXchange works with trading partners.
  • Deliver value through proactive outreach, adherence to EDI standards, reduced rejection rates, and minimized provider and payer support escalations.
  • Assist with the trading partner onboarding process, ensuring new partners are seamlessly integrated and equipped with the necessary resources and information.
  • Leverage shared KPIs to optimize trading partner performance to enhance data interoperability.
  • Proactively address and resolve challenges, mitigating risks while providing trading partners with the needed resources and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical leads within trading partner organizations.
  • Maintain trading partner accounts in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of vendor relationships and operational metrics.
  • Expand trading partner interoperability relationship playbooks and knowledge base.
