  • At least 5 years of successful home improvement sales experience, with one-day bath or a similar concept strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of sales management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop top-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Review and manage appointments set by the inside sales team.
  • Attend at least five in-home sales appointments weekly to provide real-time coaching and development.
  • Support sales representatives in closing deals by joining calls and in-home presentations as needed.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Handle cancel/save appointments to recover and retain potential sales.
  • Partner with the rehash team to re-engage prospects and maximize closing opportunities.
  • Lead and facilitate ongoing sales training and development sessions.
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability metrics for the sales team.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of in-home sales representatives.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture.
