  • 1 year or more of telephonic support experience in a healthcare or customer service role
  • Comfort learning new technology
  • Experience with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, electronic health records
Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound & outbound calls, text messages, secure emails, and faxes from members and providers
  • Connecting members and providers to their Care Team
  • Providing administrative support by generating member reports, data entry, and checking and sending mail on behalf of the Care Team
  • Generating daily member reports and assisting with day-to-day functions to help prepare interdisciplinary care team meetings, such as case conferences
  • Providing inbound telephonic, text, fax, and email support for our members
  • Sending mail to members on behalf of the Care Team and checking the Nashville-based PO box
  • Identifying and triaging a member's needs to connect them with our Care Teams for clinical support and care coordination
  • Sending weekly surveys to our members
  • Scheduling patient and provider calls and case conferences, as needed
  • Contributing to special projects or data entry, including the growth of our virtual medical practice and stop-gap process execution
