2+ years' experience in an accounting management role with emphasis in Inventory/Cost management
NetSuite and Bill.com experience a plus
CPG experience a plus
Knowledge of pivot tables and advanced Excel functions backwards and forwards

Responsibilities

Manage Accounting Operations: with focus on Inventory, Cost Accounting, GL and the Accounts Payable PO driven function
Lead monthly close process for Inventory Operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely in accordance with US GAAP as well as analyzing and reviewing margins and variances
Serve as the subject matter expert in the accounting system (NetSuite) and its Inventory processes by assisting in the maintenance of controls for Operations
Perform and oversee month-end general ledger close activities related to Inventory including recording journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, AP Aging review and other cost analysis
Partner with other departments on process improvements related to Inventory Management
Assist in the planning and execution of the annual external audit and asset-based lending bank audit
Other related duties and special projects as required

Your experience:
