Job Description:
This position is primarily focused on customer service, order entry and administrative office work. You need to be highly organized and have strong computer and administrative skills.

- Politely greet visitors making sure they follow all protocols and assisting them in getting where they need to go
- Promptly handle incoming phone calls, emails and all forms of communications
- Filing of company documents both in paper and electronic formats
- Maintain the office related supplies including placing, receiving and distributing orders
- Manage all mail functions including sorting and delivering incoming mail and preparing and sending outgoing mail
- Prep, review, and data enter purchase orders to ensure accuracy and prepare for production in timely manner but with high level of accuracy
- Processing of orders in our ERP computer system
- Various data entry tasks which need to be done in a timely manner but with a high level of accuracy
- Other administrative tasks that may be requested
- Computer skills should include extensive experience with Microsoft products – Excel, Word and Outlook, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Adobe and similar office systems

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates mainly in the office area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such computers, copiers and scanners. Employee will also be trained to be proficient with various software packages the company utilizes.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch break, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as required which may be during the week or on weekends.
Wage:
$22.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience
Travel:
There is typically no travel required of this position.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required
- Minimum of five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
