Requirements
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a filing system for financial services.
  • Open new client accounts.
  • Input, maintain, and update client account data.
  • Process checks for clients.
  • Create reports and spreadsheets as requested by advisors.
  • Serve as a liaison between Investment Advisor Representatives, Registered Representatives, and clients.
  • Maintain a system to monitor investment-client reviews and schedule meetings.
  • Travel to other offices as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the finance or wealth management industry.
  • An Associate’s degree with two years of administrative office experience.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-service orientation.
