Weston & Sampson is seeking an entry-level Geologist/Hydrogeologist with 0-2 years of experience for our Water discipline in one of our MA or NH offices.
What you’ll do:
- Hydrogeologic /geologic investigations
- Pumping test supervision
- Water-quality sampling
- Streamflow gaging
- GIS map/graphics generation
- Soil sampling and logging during well installation
- Permit and report writing
What you will bring:
- BS in Geology with an emphasis in Hydrogeology
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
- Enthusiasm for completing field work at a variety of site settings
- Practical knowledge of GIS, data entry and management using Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some travel will be required to conduct field work
- Valid driver’s license is required.
Salary Range $54,000 - $68,000 Based on Education
