  • Excellent communicator – able to work closely with partners in cross functional teams with an ability to lead and mentor QE team members.
  • 10+ years of QE experience developing and implementing projects/programs test strategies and plans and managing the end-to-end process in Agile and Non-Agile projects
  • Must have a University/College graduate in computer science or engineering with extensive working experience and understanding of the SDLC process.
  • Passionately embraces and leveraged AI technologies with a desire to challenge the status quo in a constructive.
  • Hands on expertise in a variety of test automation frameworks/tools – Robot Framework, TestNG, Junit, SoapUI, Selenium, Rest Assure, Jenkins, Maven) and script development using scripting languages (Python, Bash), web services and API testing – REST API and SOAP
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline and DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Helios
  • Proven ability to combine AI-based tools into CI/CD workflows to improve testing efficiencies, quality and timelines
  • 3+ experience implementing AI solutions to support test coverage activities, accelerate test creation,
Responsibilities
  • Accountable to work with project teams to define test strategies across project lifecycle, utilizing QE processes and tools on projects of small to medium size and of low to medium complexity.
  • Manage the projects and maintenance releases from start to end and implement QE best practices or processes related to planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
  • Partner with the team to implement and drive adoption of AI–driven testing solutions and integrate tools into the CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage, quality and achieve optimization.
  • Collaborate with business, operations and technology teams and participates in all phases of the project life cycles (requirements, design, development, testing) to align on test strategy to improve code quality.
  • Responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to QE practitioners on automation best practices, AI enabled testing methodologies
  • Understand the strategic imperatives of the organization and our department and identify opportunities to further those objectives as part of project work.
  • Remain abreast with emerging technologies to drive test innovation and adopt best practices.
  • Leads and coordinate project resources and work, removing roadblocks, monitoring project performance and managing issues and risks.

Mundys secures $2.3B sustainability-linked credit facility extended to 2030

Mundys has signed an amendment and restatement of its revolving credit facility, securing a €2 billion sustainability-linked financing with extension until July 2030. The transaction aims to strengthen the company's financial structure in line with sustainable growth objectives. The facility was subscribed by a broad pool of Italian and international banks, including Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco BPM, Banco Santander, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, BPER Banca, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Natixis CIB, Royal Bank of Canada, SMBC Bank EU AG Milan Branch, Société Générale and UniCredit. ARRAY Technologies expands revolving credit facility to $370M and extends maturity to 2031

ARRAY Technologies, a global provider of solar tracking technology, has increased its revolving credit facility from $166 million to $370 million and extended the maturity date from October 2028 to February 2031. The amended facility includes up to $250 million available for letters of credit. Goldman Sachs Bank USA served as lead arranger and administrative agent, with participation from JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, PNC Capital Markets and HSBC Bank USA. Royal Bank of Canada completes $1B offering of limited recourse capital notes

Royal Bank of Canada has completed a US$1 billion registered offering of 6.500% Limited Recourse Capital Notes, Series 8. The notes were issued on 30 January 2026 and will mature on 24 May 2086. Concurrently, RBC issued 1 million Non Cumulative 5 year Fixed Rate Reset First Preferred Shares, Series CA, held by Computershare Trust Company of Canada. RBC Capital Markets, Citigroup Global Markets, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities acted as lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering. Norton Rose Fulbright served as Canadian co-counsel to RBC on the transaction.
