- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a technology or AI-focused organization.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in education and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistics simply to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with educational technology or directly with educational leaders is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- 5+ years experience in project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA for strategic tracking.
- Familiarity with SageMaker and Weights and Biases is a plus.
- 5+ years Experience in facilitating alignment between R&D and engineering development schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Play a crucial role in bridging communication between our AI, product marketing, product management, and legal teams.
- Work closely with engineering teams and engineering technical program managers to ensure alignment between AI R&D and engineering development schedules.
- Drive project execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
