Requirements
  • 1+ years of logistics and transportation experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to multi-task with elite prioritization to not lose sight of the ultimate objective to succeed
  • Experience working with Excel, Word, GSuite, and MacBook products
  • The Base Salary Range for this role is between $45,000 - $55,000 including Variable Compensation based on Years of Experience, Skillset, and Location

Responsibilities
  • Problem-solve through any issues that occur before, during or after transit
  • Collect important paperwork from shippers and carriers
  • Enter detailed notes in to our proprietary platform system, recording the details of your work
  • Make and receive calls with truck drivers, dock managers, and shipping coordinators
  • Work alongside and help Account Managers oversee their designated accounts
  • Accurately and effectively work as part of the account management team to make sure our shippers and carriers are delighted with the Shipwell experience
