  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, data science, data product management, and AI/ML implementation - US healthcare industry experience is required

Responsibilities
  • Define and champion the vision and strategy for the Data Products & AI organization, and drive an interactive plan to achieve that vision in partnership across the Product Organization
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Growth leadership to identify, prioritize, and build innovative AI & data products that address critical client needs and deliver exceptional value. Lead the product management lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
  • Drive the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to personalize member experiences, optimize healthcare delivery, and improve operational efficiency. Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI initiatives across the company
  • Actively participate in League’s Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic thought leadership on data, AI, and technology trends, and acting as a change agent at the highest level of the organization
  • Direct the development and management of data, research/insights, and personalization strategies, ensuring data is a key enabler of business growth and a driver of improved member engagement
  • Define and implement robust data management frameworks and structures, enabling the business to quickly and effectively access, interpret, and utilize data. Establish and enforce data quality standards and monitoring processes
  • Provide expert-level coaching, mentorship, and feedback to the leadership of the data team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive transformational change within the organization
  • Drive strategy to ensure our platform offers personalized user experiences that meet the highest quality standards, leveraging AI and machine learning to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value
