Guide and own the development of the user interface, components, and visuals of our product lines
Develop and maintain guidelines for Moxe's design system
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to understand the goals and roadmap for Moxe's products
Facilitate designs solutions from inception to a production to produce valuable user experiences for all our users
Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low fidelity sketches and prototypes
Conduct user research, and usability testing to gather quantitative and qualitative customer data to make informed product and design decisions
3-5 years of user interface design experience preferred
A portfolio showcasing refined visual, user interface, and experience design work
Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or other design software for prototyping and asset creation
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with Product and Engineering teams to make product visions come to life
Strong self-management, organizational and critical thinking skills
Welcomes feedback and critique
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Healthcare delivery or Healthcare IT experience
SaaS software solutions experience
HTML/CSS/JS knowledge

Who You Are:

Moxe is searching for a UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of user interface design experience. The ideal candidate enjoys building intuitive experiences that help customers fulfill their day to day workflows with ease. We value people who are not only skilled designers but also those who can work really well with others on the team to bring those ideas to the forefront of the healthcare market. This role will report to the Director of Product.

What You’ll Do: The UI/UX Designer will work hand in hand with developers, product managers, and the customer experience team to define problems and ship solutions together as one team.

Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to understand the goals and roadmap for Moxe’s products

What You’ll Bring:

3-5 years of user interface design experience preferred
